At Alpkit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 123-day return period for any items in resalable condition. If your new kit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process as simple and sustainable as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized local collection point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 working days.
